1. Prices include cost of metal, labour charges, manufacturing wastages, other charges in specific cases and taxes as applicable.

 

2. Booked rate is applicable only when the advance paid for the order is above 90%. Failing which booked rate is applicable to the extent of the advance paid and remaining on the date of delivery or to the extent of advance paid subsequently.

 

3. Although extreme care and caution are taken in setting jewellery with stones / gems, some stones / gems may come out of their setting. All repairs / replacements will however be at additional cost, subject to availability of similar stones. Further there is no buy back of gemstones except diamond.

 

4. It is not always possible to restrict the weight of the ornament to the stipulated weight as per order.

 

5. Customers are requested to preserve the invoice for all future transactions regarding the items contained therein.

 

6. Due to exigencies, it may not be always possible to execute orders on stipulated dates.

 

7. Buy back terms may vary from time to time. You are requested to check with our showroom staff at the time you wish to resell, exchange or convert piece into other jewellery. Also only the net gold weight (ornament weight minus all stones, gems & beads) will be considered at the time of buy back / exchange.

 

8. On all diamond jewellery buy back, only gold value will be given at market rate deducting all GST, making charges and wastage paid. Diamond buy back is at 80% on billed value deducting any discount provided.

 

9. Finished ornaments must be taken delivery within 30 days after completion, failing which the same shall be disposed off without notice and the value thereof shall be refunded at the purchasing rates after deducting the cost of manufacture and other incidentals, when claimed.

 

10. Customers are advised to always note the specification, weight and purity of the ornaments while placing order of goods.

 

11. Subsequent requests to alter the design from the original design, shall not be entertained.

 

12. The order specifications and values quoted are only approximates, however the finished product will be charged at actual.

 

13. On cancellation of an order booked, old ornaments advance shall not be returned if converted, but value shall be paid at the purchasing rate.

 

14. Patterns will be nearer to the specification.

15. Repairs and alterations of customers jewellery and silverware will be undertaken at the customers risk.

 

16. Payments or samples given by the customers not against official receipt are not binding.

 

17. The decision of the management will be final and binding.

 

18. We hold no responsibility towards breakage of stones, corals, pearls etc., advanced by the customers, due to defective conditions and the quality of the same.

 

19. Disputes if any are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mysore.

 

20. Goods once sold may be exchanged within 1 day after sale, provided the goods are in good condition and unused to the satisfaction of the management. However customized designs will not be exchanged.

 

21. Metal oxidation is a natural phenomenon i.e., metal turning black or white especially at joints. This is no way related to the purity and does not warrant exchange.

 

22. This document assumes that the customer has read understood the terms and conditions and agrees to the same.

 

NOTE: Gold & Silver jewellery tarnishing may be due to reaction of metal surface with chemicals, present in the atmosphere, improper preservation, using of skin ointments compounded with mercury & lead, vapor of naphthalene chemical etc. Re-polishing of the ornaments will control the chance for tarnishing to some extent.

 

Disputes if any are subject to the juristiction of courts of Mysuru.
